Quality Inn & Suites Meridian - West Boise

The room was average but the beds and pillows were as hard as rocks. The towels for taking a shower were too small. The morning we left we went to push the door open and it would not open. My husband had to use his key to push the door latch - had there have been a fire no one would have been able to get out. We stayed on Saturday the 26th, but will not stay there again.

Liked: Room was not clean. No coffee in room. Had kitchen but cabinets were screwed shut with no supplies

Liked: You guys charged me over $200 for the rooms then took an extra $10 for one of my kids plus Charged my husband $100 for each room when we got there and charged me also $100. Then you tell us that it can take up to 30 days for us to get our refunds which is bullshit! Then yesterday after we got home you guys tried to charge us even more damn money on our cards. We had ants in our room. The front desk guy the night of the 2nd was a rude jackass when one of our keys wasn't working. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because there was not even a single extra roll in the room. The vending machine prices were just as ridiculous. The morning breakfast was ok thanks to the waffles but everything else wasn't good. In all honesty I don't believe my family will ever stay there again. I've been in dumpster motels with more decency.

Disliked: The only complaint was the pullout bed, very uncomfortable and no sheets were provided, only a blanket and pillow cases

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Excellent location. Loved the pillows.
Disliked: The stairs and hall were pretty dirty; wasn’t vacuumed at all during my stay.
