Disliked: Run down… needing a complete redo

Liked: The bed were nice and clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

Don't recommend unless they update...

Liked: They refunded me and cancelled their cancellation charge.
Disliked: It was unacceptable the state the rooms were. The staff at reception was rude. But the hotel manager Diane was kind and resolved the issue the next morning through the booking app. We did not end up staying and I spend more money at a different hotel but it was way better. I dont recommend staying here until they get more training on cleanliness. There was mold in the bathrooms, stained sheets with pubic hair on them. Crumbs all over the floor. The mirrors were dirty and the rooms smelled like pee.

Liked: I lobby area is adorable, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly!
Disliked: The back door to get in was open, no key card is needed,not good for safety purposes.. Noticeable smell of cigarettes in the halls... Dated rooms, paint missing on walls, not enough light sockets in the room and what you do have won't hold the plug.. remote battery needed to be replaced (TV wouldn't turn on) Black mold growing in the bathroom. For being a Choice Property it needs a little more maintenance.

Liked: The manager of the hotel was very helpful with navigation around the area . She kept the hotel on point or up to par.
Disliked: The prices are. Becoming to steep
