Liked: Beautiful place, clean and great staff
Disliked: They need to go and run water in all the rooms since the whole water company issue. Ours hadn't been run yet. But ran for 29 minutes and it cleared up.

Liked: Did not trust eating the breakfast.
Disliked: Should have honored request to cancel booking due to Do Not Drink the Water Order by local water department. Booked our room prior with no idea the order was in place not to drink, brush teeth, etc. with local tap water. Order was given week prior then lifted then put back in effect then lifted again Friday, the day of our arrival. The city was to test again on Monday for bacteria levels. According to the news, several businesses closed the entire week to safeguard their workers and customers. No so with Quality hotel. We bought gallons on water to drink, wash our hands and brush our teeth. We are both seniors who would have struggled with possibly contracting a bacterial infection. Google Mattoon IL Do Not Drink Order to see how ominous the problem was with the water. Unlike most water boil orders, health recommendations were that even boiling would not kill this bacteria. Nice Internet article from local Mattoon press about the Chamber of Commerce giving monetary checks to local businesses affected by the water problem. Hopefully the Chamber excludes the Quality hotel from its assistance list.

Liked: The price was cheaper than being up the road, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, breakfast was a good variety.
Disliked: The water pressure for the sink and shower was quite sad. The first morning, the milk was bad as well. The floor in the bathroom seemed sticky, so I was unsure if it was from the cleaning solution or something else.
