Quality Inn & Suites Matteson near I-57

Rate was low in comparison to the other hotels in the area (we were there for a concert). We were very happy with our stay.

Liked: Our room was clean with the exception of something greasy looking on one of the headboards.
Disliked: Kind of hard to find - could use some better signage as you are coming off the highway. I spent 10 minutes waiting to get checked in and 2 different people called to find out how to get there.

Liked: It was in a convenient location. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the staff was awesome.
Disliked: The vending machines weren't working properly.

Liked: OK.
Disliked: took 45 min. to check in. Did not resolve confusion over my reservation (one night or two). Charged us for FOUR nights! Now have to dispute one charge.

Never booking this hotel ever...

Liked: The refrigerator to keep food
Disliked: The fact that they had bed bugs moved our room comforter was dirty then they kicked us out the hotel just for asking for a refund and accomodations were not met police were called and I was very polite with them

Overall it was a good...

Liked: I like that it was close to the expressway. And shopping was close also. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: This is the second time I stayed and the atm was still out of order. I had to go to the first floor to get ice and pop.
