Liked: The lady at the front counter was beyond helpful. It was so busy that day with baseball teams and the women keep her cool and helped everyone with a smile on her face. Just her alone would make me stay there again. She deserves a big fat raise. People like her are hard to come by!

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room carpet was wet when we arrived. Apparently was being cleaned prior to us arriving. One set of towels although I booked for 2 people. Had to ask at front desk for more. Breakfast was poor, needed to find some when the paper plates ran out. Ate next door at Cracker Barrel the 2nd and final day. Stayed 3 nights and had to get our door key reactivated to unlock our room door 2 different days.

Disliked: Lack of breakfast. No waffle mix. Staff was great, not a staff issue, but a supply issue

Disliked: Room had not been upgraded several flaws like mildew in grout. Felt they put us in the room because we disclosed we had a let. Advertised new beds. The bed we had had a dip in the middle.

Disliked: There was a funny smell like old water or something, almost a mildew smell

Disliked: Getting to the room was not easy. People smoking at the entrance. Bad quality breakfast. I will not book there again.

Disliked: Our room smelled like mildew, the left side of the bed sloped down, the pool was dirty. The pool had mold on the steps and it had many dead bugs floating in the water. The water was cloudy also.
