Liked: Friendly check in, rooms neat and clean. Had no problems plus it was a convenient location and easy to find
Disliked: Went swimming in the pool and the pool was cold, despite it being an heated indoor pool

Disliked: Desk chair was torn, side chair black with dirty stains, light bulbs burnt out, hair dryer broken, towels were stain and torn, carpet torn, needs and entire upgrade of furniture and general maintenance, one staff member polite, one was rude.

Disliked: Everything. The TV didn’t work, found a bug in the toilet, I didn’t have fitted sheets, and my flat sheet was dirty. I was so worried about bugs I slept on the floor.
