Probably wont stay here again

Basic accommodation in convenient location.

Liked: Conveniently located for access to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods.
Disliked: A little dated, could use some basic maintenance. Furnishings worn, shower basin stained, debris in communal areas.

Ok for one night, but...

Liked: It was very close to the Pike’s Peak Cog Railway.
Disliked: The sheets had stains, the floors were dirty, and there were loud patrons outside at night. It was not a setting for families with young children.

Very basic, no frills. Fine...

Liked: Close to various tourist sites. Full kitchen. Looks recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our blackout shade didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre.

Less than...

Disliked: Complications with checking in.. The shower still had hair from the previous occupant. I had to clean the shower myself... never was I compensated for the inconvenience. Weed resin on the bedside table. Staff were questionable characters... for the price I paid it should have been a perfectly flawless transaction/experience. Less than QUALITY!
