Passable

Liked: We were able to store our luggage prior to check-in, and the reception is available around the clock
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t worth going downstairs for. The room was noisy due to street traffic, and there was an unpleasant smell outside the door on the external walkway.

Clean but far walking distance...

Liked: The facility is clean.
Disliked: The distance to Disney was to far and had to cross many busy streets including freeway on ramp.

Hotel looks nice, office people...

Liked: Looks clean and updated
Disliked: Booked room for 5 people, but only received 4 of everything (towels, cups, etc). Blow dryer doesn’t work, went to office and they said maintenance would come, never did. Lotion dispenser empty, ripped bedding, I went downstairs to request service (new towels) nobody ever came.
