Quality Inn & Suites Lubbock

Liked: 2 rooms were good and the third room had a broken window on the ground floor. Bad odor in room and curly hairs in sink. When we complained they only put a sheet over the window. Totally unacceptable.
Disliked: Unrentable room that we were assigned. Smelled bad - not clean. Broken window that could not be locked.

Disliked: Door wouldn’t latch properly. Didn’t feel secure. Room was dirty and had bugs. We couldn’t even stay one night and when I tried to get a refund for the second night I was told I couldn’t.

Disliked: It was graduation week in Lubbock and the rates were inflated. I would expect the staff to have had breakfast ready before 7:00 not starting to get it ready. The staff were friendly when checking in. This motel is old and I stayed at a similar type of motel in Wichita Falls owned by the same chain for $93. This one was $350 for one night.

Disliked: It was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bedskirts were dirty. Some of the doors were not working properly. Overall very grungy and needs a major upgrade.

Liked: customer service was very poor the room was not clean there were no towels swimming pool was dirty had no chlorine broken chairs and patio broken beer bottles woke up to fire alarms going off someone in the kitchen was burning something was treated very poorly ask for towels was not giving towels because they have no towels I do not recommend this not even for my dog to stay there
Disliked: there wasn't anything that I liked and Veronica the host up front desk at quality Inn and suites off of i-27 Lubbock Texas I was very sad very uncomfortable I would never recommend this Motel to nobody

Disliked: I didn’t like that they did not provide enough towels !! We had 2 towels in our room for four people!! And when we went to swim I didn’t like that they didn’t have towels provided for us to go swimming we pay to have those certain things within our stay and when we asked for towels the young lady came in to where we were and yelled at us stating we had to go get our towels we had in our room and use those before we are able to get more towels cause they were short on towels !! Also very upset their “hot tub” was absolutely cold and didn’t work very disappointing!!
