Disappointing

Disliked: Key fob on door was damaged and was repaired with electrical tape could be blamed on any guest to keep their excessive $200 deposit, wolf spider found and eliminated in the bathroom.

Liked: The location was great for Boyd Lake access. We found it easily.
Disliked: The breakfast looked horrible, we ended up going out to a restaurant. Th eggs looked over cooked and rubbery, there was only 2 pieces of sausage available. Not enough choices. It was not advertised there was a remodel taking place and we could not use the hot tub or outdoor patio which is one reason we chose this hotel. The hallway and our room reeked of marijuana.

Disliked: rooms were dirtybathroom tub covered in paint sinks not cleanbathroom floor covered in a dirt residue didn't have our reservation upon arrival and got double charged front desk was super - i don't care - kind of attitude.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Good location.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were both out of service and under construction. Breakfast options were very limited. Dirt and construction dust visible in room and facility. Elevator got stuck and required 2 calls for assistance. Window shade fell off first day and was not put back up after notifying staff.

Liked: Very friendly staff. He upgraded our room because they were doing renovations so there was some inconvenience at the facility . The area feels very safe and there is a restaurant right next door.
