Disliked: WiFi constantly went down... The Room I am in has an adjoining door to another room and those guest are constantly trying to open the door to my room... Very very disturbing... There are unsavory characters here and they are not enforcing the Mandatory Wearing of Facial Masks by Guest... I have seen several guest boldly walking around without them even in the main Lobby... Very concerned about that

Disliked: Wrongfully charged my Card a $100.00 ?Incidental? Fee when they already had a $100.00 ?Incidental? Fee for the same room... The charge was instantly charged to my Card but took three days to get it refunded... There are unsavory looking characters here... One was loud and swearing to someone... I?m in a room with an adjoining door and the guest in the other room kept trying to open that door... It was very very unnerving... I had to contact the Front Desk several times regarding this...

Disliked: Unfortunately they wrongfully charged my Card an additional... Refundable $100.00 for ?incidentals? when a previous $100.00 Refundable ?incidental? charge had been placed on my Card and never refunded... I still occupy the same Room since I first checked in... I AM NOT happy about that... They indicated they would refund my Card but it has not been done yet!

Disliked: I personally called Quality Inn and asked if it offers Senior Citizen Discount... It said yes... 10%.... They failed to apply to my previous Booking... And my current Booking for Three Nights... May 1 2020 to May 4, 2020... I am deeply disappointed!
