Liked: I truly appreciate the staff at Quality Inn. They went above and beyond and you can tell they care about their customers. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the property, it was discovered that Booking.Com had royally messed up my reservation causing frustration and confusion that led me to tears. The staff quickly did everything they could to ease the frustration and help resolve Booking.com's problem. For that I am truly grateful. Unfortanetly I am still trying receive any contact from Booking.Com to try and rectify the situation. And take reponsibility for the error.

Liked: Parking near the front entrance was available. Breakfast was good.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Liked: Super clean. After experiences with other hotels in the area, I was not expecting the room to be so thoroughly taken care of. If you worry about stray hairs, random fluids, or bed bugs this is the hotel to stay at because you won't find them here!

Liked: Adjoining rooms, staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice treat.
Disliked: The entire property is in way overdue need of some TLC. The parking lot itself is disgustingly dirty and dusty. It looks like they’ve never pressure washed ever never had a sweeper come through. The parking lot is filthy. Disgusting. Would you just drag all that into the hotel, the hotel needs a whole entire overhaul. Well overdue. All the rooms Need big TVs and a Roku box to run or stream movies and content . You need to give more thaqqqqqqqqqqqgrf the carpet needs to be ripped out. Also, I tried to check in at about 5:30 in the morning. OK now that was a huge issue because your guys computer system or something doesn’t start renting rooms out until like 3 o’clock that day or some crazy thing? What I don’t understand is you guys are a motel not a hotel OK this isn’t the four seasons number one and number two , what if I was just coming in off the street it’s pouring down rain. I have enough money to get two rooms you know like it’s a normal person which I am just going down the road wanting to get a motel and your guys tell me I couldn’t check in until 3 o’clock that day??!! I am so over this hotel check in and checkout scenario, it needs to change!!! It’s needed to change for years?! we have to come to a head in the hotel world. We have to figure out better systems for checking in and checking out. there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able accept somebody a late check out and or we should not have a problem checking someone in in the middle of the night. You should just work right up accordingly. I don’t know what kind of systems you guys using but you’re using the wrong ones
