Liked: It was ok. I liked the Tv
Disliked: They changed me to much. They changed me twice for the room and twice for the hold on the room. They told me to call booking.com about that.

No QUALITY at all
Liked: Onlyt the younger lady who was extremely lovely. I belive she was day shift.
Disliked: Everything else.Front desk lady had an attitude & was hesitant to give me a room(I am capable of booking the Entire hotel if I wanted to). I was also only given one card. If we are going to judge based on appearances, then I will do so to the property as well. Several furniture items, including toilets, flickering room lights, a mess,etc (most certianly NOT quality & NOT worth the money) Not to mention the cleaning staff barged in(there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs provided. Very low quality establishent. There was an evident diffrence in the customer service/attitude the 2nd lady had (younger one, I believe 2nd shift). She was extremely lovely & provided great service. In contrary to the older woman who was constantly condescending to me & other customers of color. It seems to me she was having microsggressions to people of color although we were all respectful & hardoworkers. She spoke to me rudley when I first got there, then was babying the hardworking men when they were trying to get their breakfast. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels regulary all over the counrty & overseas, however this was a quick booking as we were exhausted. In brief, this establishment is NOT worth the money, there is no "Quality" to be seen or ecperienced

Passable
Liked: The lady at the desk was very nice and got us a ground floor room and even moved us to another room when we found there was a problem with the bathroom facilities.
Disliked: Although this is something that in not fixable it is something that's important to me. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room.
