This one was disappointing.

Disliked: The odor in the room was extremely hard to bear. It had a strong urine smell and when I told the front desk, he gave me a deodorizing spray. It helped cover up the odor, but I wasn't happy.

Disliked: My only concern is that The AC should be turned on before arrival. Also the front desk staff wasn’t too good. He didn’t make us feel welcome. Don’t even said Hi, he asked me for last name. Not saying that he was disrespectful. But not empathy at all. Next ship was excellent.
