Liked: The cleanliness and comfort of the room and beds.
Disliked: They put a $75 hold on my card which they said they would refund the next morning at checkout and it took several days to come off the card. So they put it in 1 day and takes several days later. I work in banking and a transaction that's reversed right away should take no longer than 24 hours. There was no need to put a hold on the card. I stayed at several other hotels on this and many other trips and no one has ever done that.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near the Heart Hospital where we were scheduled... The room was nicely appointed, the bathroom and facilities were accessible to my husband who is in a wheelchair... The building was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
