Very disappointed in this run...

Liked: Location is perfect for us, parking is free on site.
Disliked: Property is run down and dated. The bedspread was visibly stained, the window screen has a large hole in it, the breakfast was disappointing. We paid nearly $200 for the room.

Front clerk was extremely friendly....

Disliked: We were told there was a 5 star breakfast.That did not even qualify as a 1 star breakfast.All we wanted was eggs and sausage. We could eat neither. Both products did not even seem real. Cold, hard, and like chemical food. The eggs were a rubbery disc, sausage off Grey and rubbery as well.We packed up and had to drive to Shari's. Breakfast cost us over $50.00 with the tip.Very disappointed.

I regret staying in this...

Liked: We called ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were in working order and were told is was. When we arrived, hot tub wasn’t working so we got upgraded to a nice jacuzzi suite, thanks to a kind, part time employee named Pam.
Disliked: Extremely rude general manager! Dangerously served food! The eggs were actually 80% frozen. The sausage gravy at room temperature in a deep crockpot, not stirred. They said it was from the day before. They fixed the eggs: char black and served them that way, just to be rude! Hotel Manager was super disrespectful and very insincere. She said we were “trying to power trip” as we had to show her a photo. She said she’s “not going to sit here and listen to this” “what else do you want me to do about it”, not caring about our complaint, after just staring with zero response when first told about the food. Minutes after being told “the pool is open” the whole family got yelled at by the maintenance guy to “get out of the pool—it’s closed” while he was holding a closed sign in his hand he hadn’t posted! He checked the PH and said “oh it’s ok the pools open”. They closed it after we got out. They told me the health dept was coming to ok the hot tub, but I question the safety of the whole place. These people do not care at all about your safety or if you enjoy your stay or come back. Major health code violations. We are contacting the health department & their corporate office which efforts will be exhausting and likely useless.

Liked: Jetted tub in the room
Disliked: Breakfast items were cold being served in a temporary area while normal breakfast area was being renovated. Public Jacuzzi was out of order.

Disliked: After entering my room to find somebody's things, I was told they had a stay over, so no handi cap room, they only have 2. The room they gave must have been the last king, in the place because it smelled like fresh sterilization but there was dust on lampbases and in corners of the floor. The floor had gaps in the laminate which made walking hazardous. Gaps were along the baseboards, they were coming away from the walls. Tub surround had a gap between it and the wall.... so did the air conditioning unit. Worse part; the tolet size. It was half way up my calf, and being handi cap, did not make for a fun 3 days stay.

Liked: Overall I felt safe in my room and the hotel was reasonably clean.
Disliked: You had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. The guy working was inebriated. There was an issue with my room, though they did fix it.

No horrible, but close

Liked: Cheap and the pool
Disliked: There was no breakfast one morning, no staff was ever around, dirty Lobby, no coffee in lobby, ice machine broke on second floor, the second day we had no hot tub! I would never tell anyone to stay there.
