Disappointing

Disliked: We specifically came to this hotel for the pool and breakfast. The pool was not opened and also not mentioned beforehand. We asked if we could cancel the stay a be refunded which the answer was no. The breakfast was terrible I threw it away after the first bite. Will not be coming again.

Not worth the money

Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: Booked a room with smoking option as listed. Upon arrival, was told no smoking and manager watched us the whole time. The toilet was 2ft off the ground, we're 6ft tall. The hot tub was dirty, brown foam. AND as we walked out to our car Sat night, we were blocked in due to a Police traffic stop in the small parking lot that turned into an 1½hr arrest. We had to cancel plans and go to QT for dinner because everything was closed by then. And the cops followed us. Cops came through every 10-20min, at night every 5-10min. We're smokers so we watched. Not worth the money

Adequate accommodation, but kind of...

Liked: The room was fine except it is very dated, and it NEEDS TO be updated. The bath towels are so BAD……felt like cardboard and the shampoo dispenser made shower slippery……..put a towel in shower so I didn’t slip and fall!! Not a good idea!
Disliked: It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Disliked: The shower was full of someone’s hair. The curtains were stained. The neighbours were talking the whole night.
