Quality Inn & Suites Lawrence - University Area

Liked: Smelled good, comfy beds, and good service.
Disliked: Coffee maker didn't work and a very small breakfast area.

Liked: They helped me a lot by holding stuff I had shipped to them for then retrieve once I checked in, it saved me a lot of trouble.

Liked: I could walk to restaurants. My room was clean. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. TheAC worked but was noisy. Waffles were good. Front desk staff friendly.
Disliked: The parking lot needs repaving, grounds were unkempt ( weeds, tall grass, broken equipment laying in grass) and common areas inside old and worn looking. Entry doors on back and side of building were left open so anyone could enter; as a solo female traveler I felt less safe.

Uncomfortable.. the threw blankets on...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Dirty. So so dirty. I could feel bugs crawling on me in the room. Also mold and cobwebs everywhere. I was there for 10min and left.

Good stay

Liked: Room was clean, beds comfortable, no loud noises, staff friendly.

Not worth the money to...

Liked: There was not much to like about this place.
Disliked: The facility was not very well maintained. There's a leaking ceiling in the dining room. There were 3 lights out in our room. The bathroom light flickered really bad every time it was turned on. We had very little toilet paper when we arrived and could not get ahold of the front desk to get more. The swimming pool was filthy. The hallways smelled like Marijuana.
