Liked: Smelled good, comfy beds, and good service.
Disliked: Coffee maker didn't work and a very small breakfast area.

Bathroom was dirty and disappointing.

Disliked: At check in the room didn’t have power (fridge tv dryer lamps) and sink drain wasn’t working. Towels were stained, and bedspread was ripped. The tub floor was stained and there may have been mold on the tub. This should’ve been checked prior to check in. Adorably key card deactivated too.

I would definately stay here...

Liked: Within walking distance to Allen Field House and the KU campus. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel was clean, had a friendly staff and a nice breakfast selection every morning. The indoor pool area was clean and inviting. Great place to stay for the price.

Gross

Liked: Nothing. Was disgusting. We actually chose to drive through the night rather than stay here.
Disliked: Everything. Didn’t even get a refund but as long as I didn’t have to stay there

The beds and sheets were...

Disliked: Bath faucet didn't work properly. When I turned on the bottom faucet the shower came on as soon as I turned on the cold water getting my hair wet and the hair dryer didn't work. They said the room was smoke free but smelt of stale cigarette smoke. They did not give us the wifi code.The corners in the bath and bathroom were all dirty.

Excellent hotel

Liked: A very centrally located hotel. Close to everything. Excellent staff that went beyond to make our stay comfortable. Specially Mr. Ronak at the front desk made a lot of effort to accommodate. Coming back again
Disliked: Breakfast needs improvement.

Liked: Location is great. Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness was a 6. Light in bathroom dim, around fridge was dirty. Toilet didn’t flush well.

Not horrible but not the...

Liked: It was quiet and a good location
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, there was hair on the floor, what looked like a small blood stain on one of the bed comforters.no toilet paper, the bed was harder than we like so not a good night's sleep. The deodorizer was over powering, blasting us in the face when we opened the door.
