Liked: Fairly convenient location, super comfortable beds, and the cleanliness
Disliked: First of all I was over charged, and I paid for 2 jacuzzi suites and only got one. They didn't even key in my second room therefore the second room was last minute and had to be upstairs. My mother is disabled and had to climb the stairs to get to her room bc the elevator was also out of order.

Liked: Indoor pool and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Not clean, smells like cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in, outdated, no security in parking lot, workers loitering outside smoking with friends, someone driving a small motorcycle all around the parking lot and on sidewalk, holes in blankets from cigarettes, stains on couch, dead roaches on floor.

Disliked: It was dirty. The tub had dirt still in it. It look like someone had died in the room. There was blood or ketchup everywhere. The bed was made but soon as we sat down we immediately started itching. My face started swelling

Great staff!

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to see that we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. I like the size of this hotel and that the rooms are all close together. Parking was good and convienient. Breakfast was good with waffles and eggs and ham one day. They even left it open a little longer for some of my crew who came late to breakfast. Very accomodating staff!There is a great place to hike through some swamps about 5 minute drive from the hotel at the Acadiana Nature Park (free) and fun for the kids. Most of it is on boardwalks.
Disliked: The shower did not work in Room 124. The room was only half cleaned. Several of the rooms smelled of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking facility. No blow dryers.
