Great staff, close to Purdue

Liked: Such hospitable and welcoming staff! The location is great - just a 10-minute ride to Purdue, with nice restaurants right across the road. Breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

Headache

Liked: The pillows were soft and bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: They had my reservation dates incorrect and I had to correct the situation. It took and hour of my time after driving for a long time. The shower was gross, the water backed up and it smelled like mildew all through out the hotel. The breakfast was disgusting and there is no pool even though it says there's one. Just very disappointed.

Staff was disrespectful, talked to...

Liked: Decent area walking distance to stores and restaurants
Disliked: They have roaches and the staff doesn’t have any customer service training. When I think of hotels I think of hospitality. Hospitality was the last thing I received.
