A big disappointment

Liked: When we arrived the doors were locked so we had to scramble to find another place to stay. If I get billed I will not pay. Very disappointed!!!
Disliked: We were locked out due to fire hazard. Not a good trip

Liked: location is great with surrounding stores and restaurants. room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like

Dreadful!

Liked: TV, refrigerator didn't work. Had to ask 3 times to get them fixed. AC barely worked. Sweated most of style. Breakfast was watery eggs. Pics off pool area are absolutely deceiving! They wouldn't clean the room. Worst hotel experience I've ever had, BY FAR!

false advertisement, and super cold...

Disliked: I went out further because you had indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. super ice cold water in the pool and no jacuzzi.. not ok, false advertising and no towels I found a condominium used under the bed my two year old was crawling ..

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The breakfast was descent. The beds were comfy
Disliked: False advertisement. I made the reservation at your hotel because on your website you say you have a hot tub. When we arrived there was no hot tub. We were in Kemah and drove to this hotel because it showed a pool and a hot tub. I went to speak with the lady at the front and she said the manager would be contacting never have I heard back. The rooms were dirty there were condoms and lubricants under the bed.

Industrial Area.

Liked: Place looked nice, on the outside/inside...
Disliked: The front desk has a sign that says we'll be back in 5 min.. we waited several times and the front desk staff was hard to find.. Sheets had yellow stains, towels were not white, the place smelled like an old wet place with a slight smell of febreeze... This place caters to industrial workers, truckers... Etc..
