Great place to stay, food...

Liked: Very close to the parks!, updated, clean, great room service.
Disliked: The shuttle could be more available, the times are a little restrictive so we ended up paying for parking at the park to fit our schedule. The breakfast could have a little more options it was congested.

Liked: Spacious room, nice pool area, great location
Disliked: There weren't many fresh natural options for breakfast.

Superb

Liked: Very clean, good breakfast, free parking.
Disliked: They could have an option for "late checkout". I had an early evening flight and asked for a late checkout, something that exist in loto of hotels. If I needed that, they would chased me another night for only 4 hours more.

Liked: Friendly staff. Close to Disney and Universal. Big rooms. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms were not very clean. Very old facilities. Coffee was very bad.
