Clean hotel, reasonable rates, great...

Liked: Perfect location from Disney Theme Parks. Exactly 1.5 miles to get to World drive.Many restaurants in the area. Walmart also close by if you forgot any essentials.Clean breakfast area.
Disliked: There are no chest drawers in the suites, this makes long stays very difficult cos you have to live out of your bag.Even the standard rooms did not have any drawers. You get 6-8 hangers in the sink area, that's it.Will consider this hotel for short stays only in the future.

Exceptional

Liked: Good price, friendly staff, clean pool, offers breakfast, many parking spots. Felt secure in the area. Close to parks.
Disliked: The room was a bit old looking and had a weird smell. They put us in 3rd floor, far. No neighbors, felt very weird, not many guests. Empty parking lot. Some areas in building were moldy and torn off around the roof edges.

Liked: Good location Pretty clean
Disliked: Grab and go breakfast is misleading, they don't let you go anywhere. They don't allow you to take the food back to your Room to eat. Also the hot water in the shower lasted about 5minutes and went from hot to immediately cold as it was monitored.

Poor

Disliked: Was over charged for a room took out money on a credit card before checking in and paid full price at the time of arrival and was never refunded the amount charged to the credit card

Liked: The staff here seems exceptionally good. Always friendly and caring, way above average for this area. Great location near lots of fun stuff. Room was nice...quiet too. We will be back.
Disliked: Traffic in the immediate area is intense so be aware and be patient. The mattress could have been better.

One of the affordable option...

Liked: Location, close proximity to animal kingdom and magic kingdom
Disliked: There offer breakfast, and you MUST have the food there.One morning my kid was cranky and I took an apple as I was running late for the park, the hotel staff requested not to carry food outside dining area so I had to return the apple. Weird!

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was very happy with it. The hotel was super clean everywhere, which made me feel comfortable. Also, it's in a great spot. It was easy to walk to lots of places like restaurants and shops. I strongly suggest opting for Lyft or UBER for your visits to the Disney parks and Universal Studios, given their proximity to the hotel. Considering the high cost of car rentals in Orlando, utilizing these ride-sharing services proves to be a more economical and hassle-free option. I really recommend this hotel because of how clean it is and its location. It made my trip much better and I'd definitely stay here again.
Disliked: One aspect of my stay that fell short of expectations was the discrepancy regarding the breakfast service. Contrary to what was advertised on the booking.com page for the hotel, the promised 'grab and go' breakfast option was not available. Attempts to take food for an early start at the parks were met with direct intervention from the staff, who ensured no items were taken out.Furthermore, clearer communication from the front desk staff regarding the location of the free shuttle bus service to the parks would have been greatly appreciated. The pickup point, tucked away behind the parking lot, was not easily noticeable. Unfortunately, this lack of precise information led to me missing the bus on one occasion due to misdirection. A simple heads-up or clearer signage would significantly enhance the guest experience.
