Stay was OK. Just problems...

Liked: Smooth check-in.
Disliked: 1. Too many rowdy undisciplined kids; 2. Would not accept my rewards card because I booked through a 3rd. party (won't be doing that again); 3. Would not provide an invoice because I booked through a 3rd party (Still waiting for a copy).

An excellent stay in every...

Liked: We needed to be sure of allergens and the staff overseeing breakfast were extremely helpful. Staff at reception were very polite and accommodating . Our king bed was super comfortable.

We'll be back!!

Liked: Rooms are always clean and the beds and pillows are excellent and super comfortable. We always stay at this facility when we come to Kingston because the rest is so good.
