Liked: Beautiful hotel. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. My hotel room was spotless. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The value was incredible and I highly recommend it!

Disliked: When I booked this property I had been doing prior searches for my daughter for her 30th birthday. This was in July and I needed a room that night in Kingston. I had forgot to switch the month date in my search, my fault! When I showed up to stay that evening at the hotel they told me I had no reservation and would not refund my money. I now had nowhere to stay and was out a couple of hundred dollars. They said, “you still have the room in September”. I asked to refund the booking and was denied. This is a brand new property by the 401 in Kingston ON and they fill up every night with travellers. They would have easily sold that room booked for 2 months away 10 times over. Instead they were rude and refused to help me out. I then spoke with the people at Booking.com and they also denied me a refund. I have used this app for many years but will now look to other apps. Terrible customer service
