Overall: very happy.

Liked: Our grandson surprised us by coming to see us. The hotel staff was very accommodating by bringing in a rollaway bed. We really were happy.
Disliked: No kleenex in the room. Getting in thru the side entrance didn't always work.

Liked: The room was clean, people were nice, pool was in working order and the breakfast lady “Doris” was excellent!
Disliked: I couldn’t get the room phone to work, issue with closing the bathroom door, there was an electrical issue with the microwave, one of the beds flipped up when you sit on the corner and the dryer door down stairs would not stay closed unless you put the trash can against it but the people there were nice and the room was clean. I just wish that, when I requested for the room to be service that they actually serviced it instead of just taking the tag that I hung on the door handle and throwing it away.
