Liked: I enjoyed the peace and quiet of this being a little distance away from other places.
Disliked: Well, the morning that we were leaving the man working the front desk was "asleep" or possibly "on something" at the front desk. Myself and another guest tried to wake him up several times with no luck.

I checked in late, and left at 6 AM. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and warm.

Liked: Ease of booking, checking in, and checking out.
Disliked: Breakfast was not available till 7 AM on Sunday morning.

Disliked: Customer service disappointed that I ask if I have a choice on the 1st floor or upper level. personal intake did not answer my question and gave me 2nd floor. I want it on the first floor. That was my request. I didn't want to make it a scene in the lobby, so I just accepted it. I struggled a little bit going up the steps, no elevator
