Very bad stay experience

Liked: Location
Disliked: There was visible fuzzy mold in the middle f the room. Toilet cover on the back was missing. And the toilet didnt flush at all. The room had a horrible smell. And you had to use your shoulder to open the main door from the outside due to sticking .

Liked: Nothing we arrived after 8 hours of traveling, only to be told on the spot at 11:30 pm that theybwere canceling our reservation due to a power outage.
Disliked: I didn't like scrambling at midnight to find a new hotel and try to cough up another grand to pay for it when a refund takes 7-10 business days to receive from the hotel we had booked! I didn't like that no one thought to inform their corporate office of the outage so they could contact us earlier in the day so we could have made other arrangements.

Disliked: It was dirty!!

Decent to rest your head...

Disliked: The rooms seem very run down. Multiple holes in the wall, scuffs on the walls/floors, plug ins not working, lights not working, very low water pressure for showers which I think low water pressure was a contributing factor for the toilet not flushing very well. Maintenance on the rooms just aren’t very good. There was a storm that rolled through during my stay so I spend the morning without electricity which I know isn’t the hotels fault, but definitely just added to the poor experience.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Everything. The service. No pool. The floor. The dirtiness. The huge hole in the wall. We lost power and had to get ready in the dark. It was awful and I wish we could be refubded

Disliked: Not super clean, there was furniture on its side out in the halls. The TV did not work. And the housekeeper tried to come in at like 9 am

Liked: Nothing The staff were unconcerned, all about the money, no safety, No refrigerator in room, No microwave in this room, although there were microwaves and chairs and refrigerators and some rooms. None of the rooms had the same of anything except for filth and nastiness and stains all over chairs showers with paint..and debris. Tubs with water that leak into the living area, in which they gave me towels to maintain the leak. And the stool would not flush so they gave me a plunger. Holes in the ceiling rooms smell like mold and old water.
Disliked: The Entire stay was hell I changed rooms three times and none of them were any good The whole entire establishment needs to be thrown in the trash including all of the managers. They would not give me a receipt when I checked out early on Saturday.
