Disliked: I booked for a first responder who was working the flood. When he arrived they didn't have the confirmation number give by Booking. He ended up staying at another hotel.

Great location and Friendly staff

Liked: Great location with super friendly staff. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub, both were very clean. Room were perfect size.
Disliked: The beds were super firm (not my comfort level). The floors left our socks/feet black. There was a light right outside our window and illuminated our room, even with the blinds closed. The ac unit was off upon arrival, room was super hot which took hours to cool down. When the temps outside are above 100 would be nice to have a cool room upon arrival.
