Pleasant

Liked: Check in took a long time and the clerk was not very friendly. The hotel is decent and the breakfast was OK

Very disappointed.

Liked: The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and professional and did a great job. The sheets were extremely soft. Bathroom was acceptable, it did have nicer counter tops, as if it had been upgraded somewhere in the distant past. The lobby looked fairly nice.
Disliked: The rest of the hotel was filthy. Dirty hallways. The beds were sagging (room 118). Lamps were broken. Walls were thin, I could hear doors slamming all night long. The bathroom door opened into the entry door which was difficult to work around. Ice machine was broken. Pool and hot tub were empty/ out of order. Just overall poor condition. I felt unsafe leaving my elderly mother there alone while I was working.

Disliked: All, first they gave me other room not the one that I separated and pay because, they charge me even when I select to pay in the hotel, it was dirty with mold the shower, dirty drawers. I would return only if its necessary

Liked: Only thing I liked about it was that it was located in a private location!
Disliked: Although it’s located in a private location, it wasn’t so private! Nothing at all! Horrible! It stinked so bad with odor smell! Very nasty there! Not clean at all! The heat would not work and they couldn’t help to move to another room. Strange people hanged around just very disgusting! Needs to be shut down! The staff was never at the desk and they didn’t care for customers concerns! Elevator was dirty and nasty! The rooms stink and it had holes in doors and walls! Beds was not comfortable. The place was just filthy and the price for the rooms was ridiculous!
