Would probably stay here again...
Liked: Location for the conference we attended was convenient. The towels were in good condition. Our room had coffee supplies which is a necessary item for our family. No highway noise was noticed even though we were very close to Route 11 and Interstate 81.
Disliked: Someone above us on the 3rd floor was so noisy that we were awakened at 3 a.m. with stomping, jumping, and hoopla. The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly; needs to have the drain cleaned. Lighting could use some improvement.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Convenient location.
Disliked: Dried substance that looked like feces smeared on bathroom door. Maid missed it during clean up. Everything else was clean.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.The free breakfast had a lot of variety. If you're looking for a basic, no frills, clean and confortable place, this is the place.

Liked: After I explained that I could not stay in the room, we were given another room. It was extremely small but clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I made a mistake and requested handicapped room, which I was told that I could not change. The bed was broken, and urine was on the shower seat. The bed and room smelled of urine and feces. We have stayed there many times, but never again!
