The location and room worked...

Liked: We were upgraded to a bigger room in a quieter wing of the hotel. The coffee, tea and cookies available in the lobby were welcome on a chilly day.
Disliked: I would have liked options for plain oatmeal and yogurt in addition to the sugary kinds available.
