Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

Hotel looked like it had been recently done or at least repainted. It was very clean and also nicely decorated for the holidays. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered quickly.

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast. It had a nice variety of breakfast items.
Disliked: We had a room with 2 beds, one queen and one double bed. The double bed was terrible.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The location was awesome, I like that it was 3 minutes away from my destination and that it has a variety of good restaurants around within minutes.
Disliked: The carpet in my room it has like a funky smell and it was extremely dirty and stained. I didn’t enjoy my nights or I couldn’t spend a lot of time in the room due to my asthma and allergies that the dirty carpet has caused, also the bed was really uncomfortable for my taste, it was too soft. One of my pillows had a pubic hair on it, and it was disgusting. Due to timing I couldn’t go to front desk for this particular complain so I just didn’t use the pillows on that bed.

Disliked: The staff at the front desk was not very clear on where our room was. There was one parking place left and no directions on how to get to our room.
