Hotel looked like it had been recently done or at least repainted. It was very clean and also nicely decorated for the holidays. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered quickly.

Horrible on part of owners...
Liked: Breakfast was average. Great for a quality inn. The breakfast attendant Monday to sat was very accommodating. Friendly and pleasant
Disliked: Forst of all. When we checked in Thursday we where not given a room as requested way in advance on the main floor. We where given a room on the second floor we had heavy bags and suitcases. And my wife and me struggled to get them up the flight of stairs. As there was no one to help us and there was no elevator.Then after checking in we where told that there was no water in the hotel. The main pipe was broken and would possibly not have water for a day or 2. At this point they told us if we not ok we can go to another property and it will take 5 to 10days for the money to get returned on our credit card. Which would not work for us as we would have gone over our cc limit at a different property .we then begged for a couple of bottles of water so we could take a medication and brush our teeth and was told that it's not our policy to provide water. Bottles. ( remember this was a crisis. Not water in the entire hotel and they could not provide 2 bottles of water ) the person at the desk told us they would get in trouble for giving water. As the new management and owner Mr viraj Patel is very strict and would fire them. .during these crisis there was no management on site. To help out. Just one lady at the desk nearly in tears getting bombarded by all guest. Very sad situation. We could not go get bottle water. As we did not have a car and came from airport by Uber.Working in the hospitality industry myself. Normally in a crisis like this all management would come on board and try their best to satisfy the guests needs.The water finally came back on the next day but Then to make matters worse. There was no hot water for another day. And it was restored 2 and half days latter. Out of our 3 day trip. So no hot shower. In the humid and muggy weather of Orlando. Florida.Crisis do happen but the reaction to it was extremely poorly handled. staff said the new owner Mr Patel took over about 2 months ago. And hotel has deteriorate

Poor
Disliked: We have been there couple time but this time was terribleIt waas not water early and then when finally we got water it was cold water cold shower And now they are not offering breakfast like used to be.No hot eggs no sausages And the wors thing is I have booked already for July 4 and 5I hope is gonna be better
