Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

Hotel looked like it had been recently done or at least repainted. It was very clean and also nicely decorated for the holidays. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered quickly.

Disliked: Room was outdated and wore out.Bed was 20 years old.Linens were stained and idk if they were even clean.

Liked: The room was spacious.
Disliked: There was no elevator so I had to carry my stuff up the stairs. The ice machine was located by the pool. I did not get any room service my entire stay. So I had to throw away my own trash. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. There were some good food spots but they were more so in Orlando. My room key kept deactivating so I had to keep going to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. I didn’t like the area of the hotel. I missed the entry to the hotel several times because the sign for the hotel sits more like a billboard rather than the entry to the hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work and nor did my TV.

Disliked: The guest wi-fi was always down for maintenance

Disliked: Beside the breakfast , there is no other food or vending options

Liked: Proximity to the Mecum event.
Disliked: Breakfast ends too early and it should be extended until 10am. Coffee should be available all day.
