Liked: Nice facility for the price
Disliked: We could not access the internet for over two hours after we arrived, and was told by the desk clerk that it was company policy and he could not provide an access code - this prevented me from completing work that I had due in a timely manner. Also, the desk clerk's English was difficult to understand, at best.

A decent, clean hotel. If...

Liked: We arrived early and were allowed to check in. Much appreciated. The room was clean, and the mattresses were not sagging, as they were at our previous hotel.
Disliked: My only issue was the staff, while not rude, were not at all friendly. No smile to be seen. I think that says something about management. There was no tip jar in the breakfast area, so I found the staff working the area and handed her a tip directly. Her face lit up--and there was a smile, a wonderful smile.
