Liked: The beds where full-size not queen but I liked the spot

Liked: The staff at the front desk with polite. The gentleman in the breakfast room was very clean, polite and you remembers you.
Disliked: The cleaning people are very unprofessional and then not clean the rooms. Well, the bed was neatly clean, but the room was not the electrical appliances didn’t work.

Felt unsafe and left

Liked: The front desk worker was kind. Check in went smooth. Later when we requested a refund he was understanding.
Disliked: Unsafe environment. Dead bolt on door was broken from being kicked down. Lights didn't work. Rough stairs leading to rooms with people hanging out. The first thing we did was leave.
