Felt unsafe and left

Liked: The front desk worker was kind. Check in went smooth. Later when we requested a refund he was understanding.
Disliked: Unsafe environment. Dead bolt on door was broken from being kicked down. Lights didn't work. Rough stairs leading to rooms with people hanging out. The first thing we did was leave.

Okay but...

Liked: Cheap, clean, comfortable, and great location.
Disliked: Bathtub didn't drain well. No ice machines that I could find. There were signs but no machines.
