Very clean and wonderful staff

Liked: The staff very personable everything clean and accessible Breakfast was good and a lot of choices Glad we chose this hotel

Disliked: I had to go get another top blanket as the one on the bed had stains the shampoo an conditioner an lotion was out in the bathroom

Not going back.

Disliked: The bed was comfortable & the check-in assistant was friendly. The room was dated but had all the necessities. The bed was good.The facility looks run down & dated. Killed a bug crawling on my nightstand, not sure but kinda looked like a roach. The morning meal was minimal, had only a few different items. The hotel is located in a not-so-good neighborhood.

Liked: A few cars got broken into and my car was one of em window got busted
Disliked: I was from out of town and I got back from getting car fixed my bags was at the desk

Disliked: I found a bug in my bed. Steve’s response was it’s only a roly-poly. It won’t hurt you. There was also water leaking into my room. The room smelled wet and moldy. No offer of compensation for the bug or the wet floors were offered to me.
