I probably would not stay...
Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The smell of the whole building stunk like old, stale cigarettes. Carpets need scrubbed, and the back door was broken for easy access to anyone with out without a key to enter.

Poor
Liked: The staff were pleasant.The breakfast was a bagged breakfast and had breakfast sandwiches and yogurt and a muffin so it was decent. That?s about it.
Disliked: The minute we opened the door to our hallway you could smell smoke, the room smelled of smoke and some other smell that wasn?t pleasant. I don?t know the area but we arrived late at night and definitely did not feel safe. The door frame looked broken also. The bed was not very neatly made. The bathrooms have rust all over and definitely are dated. The furniture was all damaged and torn.

Dirty and smelly.
Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Filthy hall and stair carpets and stale smoky smell everywhere, even in "non-smoking" room. Soiled ice container in my room, hall ice machine not working, corroded battery in non-functional remote for TV, shower head fitting leaked, squirting foor and wall.

Liked: The hotel manager, Shy, was nice but she promised to call me to offer a credit on the room and never called. Night manager, Path, was not helpful. He didn't know how to operate the computerized check in process. When I complained to him about the room and hotel conditions he said, "So what do you want me to do? Talk to the manager." Not much to like about the hotel.
Disliked: The attitude from the night manager, Path. The failure for the hotel manager to call me, as promised, the customers roaming around the hallway at 3:00, 4:00 in the morning, the freezing cold room and the shower drain was clogged.
