Not at all worth for...

Disliked: I booked this property since in the description it was saying 'Sea View'. But when I reached the property, I was given a small corner room which is at the very entrance area of the property through which everyone was walking. There was no view at all. I felt quite unsafe staying with family . The doors didn't look safe and frankly speaking, couldn't sleep because of this fear. They said, that is the only room left. I decided to vacate the next day itself and complained about the same and the front desk lady mentioned that, manager would call me and collected my number as well. But no-one called me until now. It was not at all worth to stay that for nearly $400 per night.

Liked: Location, bay access.
Disliked: Started out great, me and my family booked a suite my sister did as well. After 3 days came back from a fishing trip to something that looked like a movie, a "Mardi gras themed adult fraturnity" rented out almost a whole side of the hotel along with some of the suites, right in the middle of where we were staying. I have a 8 and 2 year old. With around 50-60 men and women aged 30-60 with the intention of partying all week. Blocking the walkways being extremely loud and drinking. We went to the front desk and learned the hotel was supposed to call us and ask if we wanted to move ahead of time because of it, they never did. So after saving and planning for months, we had to DOWNGRADE rooms and move right in the middle of them coming in to get as far away as possible from them. At one point we could not park, we had to park in front of the restaurant at the hotel cause there was no parking at all. All of them wearing literally jingle bells on there legs and arms waking everyone up in the morning and keeping everyone up at night. Was the worst vacation we've ever had. The lack of respect they all had for everyone else at the hotel and the hotel allowing it to happen ruined our vacation. I couldn't upload the video of the people in bells to show how loud it was I tried. We had been here before, we will never come back again. Spend the extra money, get you a nice condo or a nicer hotel, don't waste your money on this place.

Gulf view stay

Liked: The view of the Gulf was the best part! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was a little limited but thankful they had multiple waffle makers. Our AC in our room couldn't keep up with the outside heat, the maintenance guy came and checked it out and agreed it wasn't working right, we were able to switch rooms with no loss of our view and in the second room the AC was working great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Found ladies false lashes on the floor around the bed, sand in one of the chairs, seemed like the room didn't get cleaned well.

Liked: Breakfast was free!
Disliked: First of all, we had to change rooms 3 times due to the feces all over the bathroom! Also you guys ripped us off! I literally became cancer free 2.5 weeks ago! The chances of it coming back is 4/7. Even though I did not bring up the fact that for the first time in 2 years I can say Im cancer free, this was my daughter’s high school graduation trip. Due to medical bills my brother paid for this trip. $600 for 3 night booking through y’all. I find it odd that while I was switching rooms for the 3rd time, I overheard the front desk collecting $69 for a walk in! So not only was the picture extremely misleading but we were charged more the double for the walk in? AND had literal poop on the bathroom walls. I have pictures and videos. This place was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend putting a homeless man in it. You ruined my last trip with my daughter before she moved for college, in a few weeks. I am leaving sick now and going back to UAB., due to my weakened immune system! I pray y’all nasty rooms aren’t going to cause me to be admitted again. There was no reason for this. Booking.com you owe us a trip! This was wrong on so many levels!
