Hotel Hell they need Gordon...

Liked: The Staff was excellent and very friendly.
Disliked: The first room we had was not cleaned there was BBS on the carpet the room had a very musty smell and someone before us had left a bag of self rising flour in the night table. They were doing construction and that didn't help. Then the second room they gave us where the air conditioner had leaked onto the floor, the floor was literally coming away from the wall and there was a hole in the floor. The pool was down for maintenance and I was told that it wasn't going to be up at all this year. For the $100 dollars that I spent and it to be a Wyndham Hotel you would think it would have been better. If I had known I could leave pictures I would. I think in my opinion I should get a refund..

Disliked: Breakfast was fair. No regular coffee and only stable was biscuits and gravy and waffles. Lacked bacon, eggs or sausage..Have had better at other locations.

Exceptional

Liked: Much better facility than the Red Roof in Merriville. Clean, good-sized room with double queen beds. All the extras were such a bonus. I do wish the grass had been cut for easy walking of our dogs. Breakfast was hot and delicious!
Disliked: More gluten-free options would be great! Fenced in doggie play area would be nice.

Liked: Even though they were doing construction/refinishing it was nice and clean.
Disliked: No elevator

Disliked: Building says Quality Inn, so a bit confusing. Bathroom was a bit dingy but relatively clean.

I would not stay at...

Liked: Poor breakfast. Convenient location to interstate but otherwise remote.
Disliked: First room assigned was unbearably stinky wih cigarette smoke residue. We demanded a different room. Was insulting that we had to sign a nonsmoking statement when the cleaning penalties are clearly not being used to refresh the stinky rooms. Breakfast was poorly stocked in every regard and I had to ask for multiple items to be replenished. Food quality was mediocre and starchy. I was afraid to eat some items. Beverages were poor, food choices were limited, insufficient and nutritionally imbalanced.

Extremely disappointing.

Liked: Horrible experience. Travel with my mother and was very embarrassed to check in. books onbooking.com and looked great. When I got there, it was under construction with no breakfast option. First room they gave me had no linens on the bed and somebody’s clothes was on the chair. I get horrible horrible experience.
