Liked: The lady at check in was very nice
Disliked: Overall the facility was very dirty and had an odor. The blankets and towels were old and dirty. The tub was very stained. Carpet stained as well. Pool looked very dirty and work out room had minimal equipment.

Disliked: Well there was no hair dryer in the room,we were told a good breakfast that consisted of juice,waffle maker,yogurt bagels fruit. There was no egg,no sausage,no bacon. The pool was not heated,it was cold t hey told my daughter that because of the Out door pool was making the indoor pool cold,no I think thay didn't want to turn the heater on. There was no elevator,the 2nd and 3rd floor was closed every one had to stay on the main floor. I will not choose to stay there again.
