Liked: Bathroom Fittings (electrical) were broken Plug and socket to Hairdryer had suffered long term and damage and never rectified potential serious injury in a wet environment. Ingredients for coffee and accessories were there but no percolator. There were two types of curtain a transparent pair which closed, but the thicker main ones did not stopping short from each side of the window making 2 faults they allowed viewing the occupant from outside (this was a ground floor room facing the car park). Therefore no privacy and also no shield from the bright outside lights which burned all night. No offer to change the room or discount for obvious shortcomings. This is not the worsi room I have experienced but came a very close second.

Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing, not sure what the "bacon" was but it tasted like plastic. The waffle mix dispenser was broken. The walls were so thin you could hear people from the 1st floor up to the 3rd floor. Our room door didn't close right so you could hear everything. Our window didn't close all the way so you could hear everything from outside. The mini fridge kept everything nice and warm. The staff double charged my card and my mom's card for the security deposit and argued that they "only charged one." Definitely just a place to sleep.
