Quality Inn & Suites Glenmont - Albany South

Will never stay here again....

Disliked: No working vending machines.No working washer or dryer. Horrible breakfast, had to ask for more stuff to be made with an hour left on the breakfast hours.

Liked: My wife called the motel to ask if there were any restaurants nearby as we had been driving all day and would not get there until late. The person answering phone told my wife to "Google It" . We got there and ate at the worst Popeyes I have ever been in The next day we discovered several restaurants .3 mile north of motel. We found this quite irritating

Liked: Breakfast okay - rubbery eggs but food selection was good. would like more types of fruit.
Disliked: No working ice maker on the second floor. Towel dispensers in restrooms were not working. Fitness room and pool were not accessible at the listed times

Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling pretty bad and the corner by the main door also looked in need of repair.
