Disappointing

Oir stay was ok for...

Liked: I liked the price.
Disliked: 1. the floor in the room was sagging, the furniture leaned at an angle away from the wall. 2. the bathroom sink was partially clogged and took forever to drain. 3. the toilet did not flush well, after going poop, it took three flushes to empty and take my waste away. (Room 224)

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient to the attractions we wanted to do.
Disliked: I asked for a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. The a/c unit made a rattling noise all night, every night.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Liked: NOTHING!!! Due to their poor customer service, they gave our room away to someone else even after i showed up IN PERSON, paid for the room and asked to have the key set aside for my brother in law and nephew. All hotels were sold out due to BBQ festival. They had to sleep in truck!!
Disliked: i paid for the room an hour before my brother in law arrived. they set his keys aside for him. When he arrived the room had been given away to someone else and my brother in law and his son had to sleep in the truck. The lady at the front desk the next morning was terribly rude and crass with me! Something needs to be done!!! She told me to call corporate if i choose to complain, but don't complain to her since she was not working! My credit card was charged and as of now, i have not received a refund!!!
