Overall I hope my deposit...

Liked: The ac was great
Disliked: They charge 100 security deposit that is not mentioned until you arrive. The desk staff needs to be alittle more helpful and stop throwing the other employees under the bus.. The pool was closed the hole day my second day.

Great stay and great value.

Liked: Great value and clean room. There was an unknown water issue after a shower, significant water on the floor. Had only booked the room for one night so it was not an issue. Told the desk clerk who I saw write it down to pass down to maintenance. Over all will stay here again when traveling for work.
Disliked: Unknown water leak. Hopefully it is fixed.

Bad

Liked: I didn’t end up staying. Libby smelled like cigarettes. I booked it cause I saw it had a pool once I got there I asked about the pool and it was closed. It was mid june . And I wasn’t able to get a refund , staff seemed like she didn’t care. Literally shrugged her shoulders like “well that’s too bad “ type of attitude. I ended up leaving cause there was no point in staying my kids wanted a pool.
Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to care about my situation or help find a solution

Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the outside smelled of the other cigarette where a group of people was sitting outside the hotel we were afraid to get out of the car I asked the receptionist if was it safe and she said yes it's ok They will go inside in a little while
