Liked: Convenient to I-30. Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable.

Disappointment

Liked: Friendliness of the young man who checked me in on Thursday (Travis Harvey), and the room service staff.
Disliked: I booked this particular hotel because It said 'full breakfast', not just cereal and 'only' apple juice. (I don't like apple juice, or cereal).I was very disappointed that the egg and sausage machine was 'broken' both mornings that I was there. I felt it should have been fixed by the 2nd day because I paid for both days. (How long was it out?) I feel that I did not receive what I paid for.I won't be booking that particular hotel again soon.

Disliked: Desk clerk was not helpful in giving good directions for the property which is hard to locate. Cleaning person never came back to clean the room. She knocked at my door at 8 am, was asked to come back.
