Worst experience ever.do not stay...

Liked: Nothing at all!
Disliked: Room was disgusting! Carpet was full of dog pea spots that smelled like pea, and chair was also full of spots and stain that looked like they brought in a homeless chair. Hostess did not help us and wanted us to leave if didn’t like it - without having another hotel. Worst experience ever and we will never stay At Quality Inn again!!!

Terrible upon arrival and then...

Liked: Spacious rooms and breakfast.
Disliked: Upon check we were given the wrong room and then told they didn’t have anymore Queen Suites available. Only after threatening to not pay for our first night did they find an available room that we had already pre paid. Very unpleasant check in experience. I won’t be using them for a long time.

Liked: The staff at both check in and check out were great. I appreciate that they gave me a room at the end of a hallway. I have 2 kids and they can get loud. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The hallway carpet is very worn out and stained. The pool was very cold. The outside temperature was in the 90s and we looked forward to cooling of a bit in the pool. However, it was very uncomfortably cold. The breakfast selection could have been a little better. Some fruit and grab and go things would have been nice. The breakfast options were waffles, eggs, bacon and cereal.

Stay somewhere else

Liked: Location is close to visitor points and restaurants
Disliked: Breakfast was abysmal; internet was spotty even in the lobby; entrance to property is through a ChikFilA.Staff was rude and did not accommodate any requests for early check-in, or for breakfast options. Took 20 minutes to check in for a pre-paid booking the second time we tried to check in (were turned away the first time)
