Liked: Location to front desk and clean
Disliked: lack of signs for ADA access, breakfast was lacking - taste and consistancy of eggs was horrible,

Passable

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Flooring was old and stained, bathroom had peeling paint in the shower, shower pressure weak,

We had a great time....

Liked: The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The staff always seemed to be cleaning or vacuuming and always very friendly.
Disliked: There were a few times we couldn’t make a left turn when leaving and so had to go to the right and find a street to turn around.

Good

Liked: The breakfast was nice! It seemed to be in a good location.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was nice, but does need some updating.

Does not match others glowing...

Liked: Room with dirty old carpet that had something sticky in our first room. I asked to move rooms. 2nd room at little better. Both of these rooms had run down torn up furniture that made my stomach turn and we put the extra sheets provided down on them to sit and feel comfortable.Beds where clean and comfortable.
Disliked: old torn up furniture

Pleasant

Good location, not far from...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine with two hot protein items vs all carbs. I would say this hotel is perfect as a 1 night stay or a family on a budget.
Disliked: I'm not sure why, we stayed multiple days and the staff never replaced our towels or cleaned/tidied the room. It got pretty gross. Clean towels would have been nice. The room/hotel probably needs a refresh/update but it was a good value and clean, so its fine.

Bad

Liked: Could use updating, entire hallway smelled like weed
Disliked: Check service was very rude

Clean rooms

Liked: Room was clean. Nice breakfast selection. Good location. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: Room had an odor - smelled like a wet dog. (Running the room's A/C fan helped reduce the smell.) Breakfast seating area was too small to accommodate all the guests.
