Disliked: Pool was closed and was not noted during booking. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. Breakfast selection was very limited.

Liked: I spent ---dollars on a room I never saw I was broke down on a train. I called as soon as the train broke down. The ride was suppose to be 18 HR ended up being 24 I feel as though I should of gotten a refund. The whole 24 hr cancelations policy sucks
Disliked: The whole thing losing $---for a room I never saw because of things out of my control. Pricelibe has now messed me over on a car rental and a hotel room never will use it again. Think there should be some justification with the unfairness
